❗ If any field is empty, an invalid "NaN' result will appear.
- Enter your weight, height, and age.
- Enter your body fat percentage. If you do not know it, select the "I don't know my body fat percentage" option. The calculator will still give a generalized result.
- Select your Gender, Activity Level, and Goal (-500 calories for losing weight and +500 calories for gaining weight).
- Click the "Calculate" button.
- This calculator uses the Harris-Benedict equation to estimate calorie needs.
